The recurring webinar is one of the latest features available on New Zenler where it integrates with Zoom to create recurring webinars from your New Zenler school.

How do recurring Webinars work on New Zenler?

Live webinars and classes are one of the premium features in New Zenler, to enable it one must be subscribed to the PRO version or the PREMIUM version. Recently New Zenler added the recurring feature in the Live Webinar and Live Classes. Recurring Webinars allow you to set up a Live session on New Zenler which is repeated based on a schedule. Remember that this is not the same webinar video shown, again and again instead, it is a recurring Live session where you just have to set up and invite people to one session and they will be able to join the upcoming sessions through the same link or bridge.

Setting up the recurring Webinars in New Zenler

To set up a Live recurring webinar on New Zenler, you need to follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Go to your New Zenler school dashboard and click on the Live option from the top menu.

Step 2: Select the Live Webinar option from the three options given on the next page.

Step 3: Click on "Create Live Interactive Webinars" on the next page and you will be taken to the Webinar set up menu where you can choose a Topic, Image, Password for the session, who can attend, etc.

Step 4: Under the Topic, you will be asked to put in a Time and Date for the webinar, and also there will be a toggle to make it recurring. You can select the starting date and time for the webinar (For the first session) and then enable the toggle to make it recurring.

Step 5: Once you enable that toggle, a menu to select the recurring schedule will appear. You can set up the recurring schedule to be monthly, weekly, custom, etc. Make all the necessary set up like the end date or the total number of sessions and then click on the update button at the bottom. 

Step 6: That's it. You have finished setting up the recurring settings for the Live webinar. Now just like any Live session on New Zenler, it will prompt you to select a template layout and proceed to finish setting up the webinar. Once you finish setting it up, you can invite people or share the link so that your audience can book their spot and join.

How to set up automations for your Webinar?

The steps to set up automations on a Webinar or a Live class in New Zenler is similar to that of a course or marketing funnel. Let us take a look at the steps.

Step 1: Go to the webinar's section and click on the "Automations" tab at the top section. In the next page, click on the "Edit Automation Rules" at the right.

Step 2: The next page will be similar to that of a course or a marketing funnel. To set up an automatic email, select "Send Mail" from the drop down menu at the left (As shown in the image below) and at the right you will find the email builder, you can put in all the required details and content for the email.

Step 3: Once you set up the email, click on the save changes below and also make sure to test the email by previewing it and also sending a test mail to your inbox.

Once you save the email, make sure to make the email Live by enable the toggle at the top (As shown in the image below)

How to change some of the occurrences from the Webinar's Schedule?

In order to change the date and time for one or many occurrences to the webinar's schedule, 

Step 1: You have to come back to the Webinar details tab on the webinar's set up page and click on "View Occurrences".

Step 2: It will show all the occurrences in the webinar's schedule. In order to change, modify or delete one particular occurrence, click on the edit button (Pen icon) to the right of that particular occurrence and you will be able to change the date and time for that particular session.

Step 3: You can add a new occurrence to the webinar's existing schedule by clicking the "Add Schedule" button at the top and selecting the date and time in the next step.

How to start a Recurring Webinar?

Once you set up the Webinar completely. You can invite people to it or share the link to register. You can set up reminder automation for the people who registered. Once it is time for your Webinar, come back to the Live section and select the "Live Interactive Webinar" option. You will see a "Start Webinar" button below the webinar. You can start the session by clicking it. It will launch Zoom for the webinar.

How to add Dynamic Webinar blocks on Pages?

If you want people to know about your upcoming webinars from your website, New Zenler has a dynamic block for that. To add it to a page, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the page in which you want to add the block, in editor mode.

Step 2: Locate the block below which you want to add the dynamic webinar block.

Step 3: Click anywhere on the block and click on the blue "plus" icon at the bottom to add a new block.

Step 4: From the selector, select the "Webinar" option and you will see the available options in New Zenler.

Step 5: There are two types of blocks that show upcoming webinars, one is a gird view and the other is a list view. Select the desired block and it will get added to the page. Click on save and that's it.
